3. Photography Services

Availability: All sessions and services are subject to availability and may be limited by location and scheduling.

Scheduling: Consultations and sessions must be scheduled through our booking system or directly with us.

Rescheduling: We understand life happens! Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Weather or unforeseen events may also require rescheduling.

Access & Cooperation: Clients agree to provide clear access to the session location and to cooperate with the photographer to achieve the best results.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Arrive on time for your scheduled session.

Provide accurate information when booking.

Obtain any necessary permissions for locations (e.g., venues, private property).

Follow session guidelines provided by the photographer.

5. Payments & Fees

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Remaining balances are due as outlined during booking.

Late or missed payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation of services.

Additional fees may apply for extended time, travel, or special requests outside the agreed package.

6. SMS Communication Terms

Legacy Moments Photography may provide SMS/text communications as part of our client experience. By opting in, you agree to receive: Session confirmations and reminders, Support communications, Optional promotional offers.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to (240) 776-7996. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially on our website. You will begin receiving SMS messages again.

All images remain the intellectual property of Legacy Moments Photography. Clients are granted personal usage rights for printing and sharing. Commercial usage requires separate written permission.
